Kelly Simm and her former Great Britain teammate Claudia Fragapane have joined forces to deliver some exclusive Frags & Simm Days at gymnastics clubs across the country. Kelly and Claudia have shared many unique experiences through gymnastics and have many different qualities to bring together a session that they feel has it all!
Kelly and Claudia are passionate about meeting and inspiring the younger generation of gymnasts, whether the goal is purely to have as much fun as possible or to compete at the highest level. From Claudia’s time on Strictly Come Dancing, to Kelly’s knowledge from a Masters degree in Sports Science and Performance Coaching, to their experience working with some of the worlds top coaches and practitioners, the girls believe they can deliver a day that includes it all! Have double the fun with the TWO gymnasts as they take you through warm-ups, conditioning exercises and dance choreography, apparatus work, and finish with Q&As, medal display with picture and signing opportunities!
The Frags & Simm days secured with host clubs can be seen below. If you are a parent or guardian wanting to sign your gymnast/s onto a session, please complete the booking form below:
We’re thrilled to announce two upcoming Frags and Simm sessions at the prestigious Lilleshall National Sports Centre!
This is a fantastic chance to experience training at one of the UK’s top gymnastics facilities – the very place where Britain’s elite gymnasts prepare for major competitions.
We’ll be running two sessions on the day:
These sessions will offer a fresh experience, slightly different from our usual format, and will give gymnasts the chance to be inspired in the same environment used by Team GB.
Spaces are limited – don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity! Book now to secure your place.
We welcome all ages and abilities along to Frags & Simm days. In most sessions we have a wide range of ages, typically 6-16, but we have had above and below this too. We will look at the details before the session, which is why we ask for your gymnast’s rough ability level when you sign up, and will ensure the gymnasts are set up into groups that best match their age and ability.
Depending on the facility, parents may be able to stay and watch from a viewing gallery, or on monitors in the gym. Please check with the host club to see what facilities are in place of this is something you may wish to do. Parents will be invited into the gym for the last 45minutes of the session to help with pictures and for browsing the t-shirts and leotards.
Gymnasts will need to bring a water bottle with them and any gymnastics training equipment that they would normally use. The gymnasts will each come away with signed photo, but if they want anything additional signed, they can bring this for the final part of the session.
We have a maximum capacity of 40 gymnasts per event to ensure we can keep all the gymnasts safe and to allow them to a positive experience. Once the places are gone you won’t be able to book in for the session, so please sign up fast to avoid disappointment.
In the unlikely event we don’t get the minimum numbers at the event, we will contact you and give you a full refund.
Please let us know when signing onto a session if your gymnast has an injury or concern around participation. We are happy to adapt exercises for any gymnasts need where applicable. If a new injury occurs, please contact [email protected] and we can adapt the session plan where necessary or offer you a refund if your gymnast is unable to attend.
