Kelly is passionate about meeting and inspiring the younger generation of gymnasts, whether the goal is purely to have as much fun as possible, or to compete at the highest level. 

Kelly has grown up within the gymnastics world since the age of 6, and has as much experience as anyone in training and competing in one of the most demanding sports in the world. She has been fortunate to have been able to work with some of the very top coaches and practitioners over the years, learning under their guidance and from the experiences and opportunities she has had.

Through higher education, she has been able to further developed her sporting knowledge, adding a whole new perspective to the science behind the training processes and competition demands that all athletes encounter.
